Our business contexts and market environments are highly uncertain, constantly changing and rapidly developing. We want high performing product teams that build products customers love that are also commercially successful.
We lead our product teams in highly complex contexts. Cause and effects can often not be understood by any one expert alone. Successful digital products can’t be built without the expertise of cross functional experts in design, engineering, product and all their surrounding relevant stakeholders.
The best path forward to navigate this much uncertainty is bold experimentation, constant learning, looking at issues from many different perspectives, iterating fast and delivering both customer value as well as business value along the way.

Who is this Workshop for?
This workshop is designed for product leaders, product managers, tech leaders, design leaders, and any other leader aiming to successfully navigate uncertain contexts. It is specifically designed for product leaders to create a high performing team culture. And with that the context for their teams to thrive and create great product outcomes.

You’ll gain practical strategies for effective leadership: communication skills, feedback and the power of learning from failures, bias awareness, understanding intersectionality, unlocking psychological safety, the power of tapping into diverse perspectives, and with that ultimately the cornerstones of building strong high performing teams. How long is the workshop?
The workshop runs for one full day (in-person), with engaging sessions, breaks, and interactive activities.
The remote version of the workshop is recommended to be broken out in either two half day or four 2 hour delivery segments.
In addition to the core workshop, teams can choose to include coaching sessions to deepen their learnings.
Is it available online or in-person?
Both! It is offered as online workshops as well as in-person sessions at your workplace or a selected venue.
What does it cost?

If you are a Tech organization in the State of North Rhine Westphalia, you might qualify for a discount.
An example price for a full day workshop with 12 participants would be EUR 2000 plus VAT. Travel for in person delivery excluded. Follow up coaching sessions are optional and also priced extra.
